A live concert should always be a celebration in many ways. A celebration for the crowd, who pays good money to go and see a live performance and a celebration for an artist or for a collective themselves, not intended as a self-celebration of their success but instead, a celebration of joy and love for music at 360 degrees spent together with their devoted fans.

The latter is exactly the kind of philosophy that such a charismatic collective like London based four-piece The Cinelli Brothers possesses and apply to their legendary live performances each night.

Born as a project intended to celebrate the Soul and Blues of the Stax and Motown era, but with new and original material, the band, founded by Italian brothers Marco (vocals, Hammond, guitar) and Alessandro Cinelli (drums, vocals), gradually expanded their sonic vocabulary, since their 2018's debut album Babe Please Set Your alarm, with the arrival of guitarist, Harmonica player and vocalist Tom Julian-Jones and bass guitar, guitar and vocalist Jorma, adding to the band a more multi-faceted sonic blend, with the introduction of layers of R&B, Boogie and R'N'Roll in their already tried and true Blues and Soul formula.

As the years went by, The Cinelli Brothers kept on building an increasing notoriety with their fans and followers, to the point that they have now become such a recognised and highly appreciated musical phenomenon not only in the United Kingdom, but also in the United States and many countries in Europe.

The fame and reputation of the band find their roots into their inspired studio albums and their epic live performances, where the band on stage and their crowds become one sole human force throughout the show, feeding energy to one another with such energy, spontaneity and, from The Cinelli Brothers' perspective, their undisputable musical talent.

It was therefore almost inevitable that, sooner or later, The Cinelli Brothers would have recorded a live album, such as the demand is from their numerous fans spread on the two sides of the Pond.

The record, called aptly Live Here and There, contains 14 tracks recorded in different locations around the world, where the collective expresses in full the level of talent, musical skills and stage magnetism that the London based four-piece is now well-known for.

Purposely recorded without using no polishing studio effects or click tracks, Live Here And There is an inebriating kaleidoscope of soulful music that incorporates enormous musical ability, high level energy, enthusiasm and an incredibly strong sonic appeal emanating from each and every note played and sang on this remarkable live album.

Marco Cinelli, chief songwriter and singer of the collective, has the innate capacity to light each and every room he sings in through the strength and the soulfulness of his vocal performances, an aspect that shines particularly on songs like Last Cigarette, Lucky Star and one of The Cinelli Brothers' latest releases, their 2025 single called Unsingable Song. Marco Cinelli's work on Hammond is also particularly strong, especially on tracks such as Dozen Roses, Pencil Pusher Doze and Last Throw Of the Dice, among others.

On drums, Alessandro Cinelli is an authentic force of nature; able to switch his drumming style from Blues to Boogie to Rock or R&B with effortless simplicity, Cinelli's contribution to build the wall of sound needed by the band to ignite the fire of the Rhythm Section is, at times, breathtaking, something that emerges time and time again on Live Here And There, but in particular, on tunes like Married Woman, Polk Salad Annie, Last Throw Of The Dice and Spell On Me, just to mention a few.

Tom Julian-Jones and Jorma create also such an impressive, opulent and dynamic Rhythm Section sonic axis on stage, together with Alessandro Cinelli, just as they do in studio every time. While Jorma's playing style is slick, precise and at times, very imaginative, Tom Julian-Jones' guitar playing can switch from thunderous to nostalgic at any point, thanks to his enormous abilities and versatility as an electric guitar player, an Harmonica player and as a singer too, as demonstrated in many moments of the live recording, shining especially on Fool's Paradise, Don't Need No Favor, Pencil Pusher Doze and Choo Ma Gum, just as Jorma does, through his explosive bass guitar work.

Live Here And There sums up perfectly all about The Cinelli Brothers, a highly talented collective that loves music and genuinely enjoys playing for the masses from their hearts and souls without displaying any pomp and circumstances at all, but instead with genuine passion, intensity and respect for their many fans.

It's a record of universal joy, a record that, throughout the 80-plus minutes of its duration, brings all listeners to a better place in this challenging world we're living in, a place where there is no space for hate or disrespect between human beings, but only love for music, people and for life.
